July special salads
We will end the school year 2015-2016 with four very light, appetizing and healthy salads to combat the summer heat of Barcelona.
Our nutritionists and our chefs have selected a combination of ingredients of high nutritional value, in line with our strong commitment to the healthy Mediterranean diet.
Here’s the breakdown of ingredients of each:
LENTIL SALAD
Cooked lentils, diced tomatoes, corn, red and green pepper, tuna, sliced black olives, onion and bottom strips of iceberg.
SALAD ROASTED VEGETABLES
Mesclun, red and green pepper, aubergine and roasted onion, black olives, anchovies (2) and olive oil.
MEDITERRANEAN
Mesclun, roasted turkey, diced toasted bread, nuts, currants and cherry tomatoes.
GARDEN SALAD
Mesclun, tomato, green olives, boiled egg, sliced cucumber, grated carrot, corn, tuna and white asparagus.
You can enjoy these salads at all our restaurants except the one in the UB Faculty of Nursing, Escape and Fifteen Raval.
