In honor of accreditation that has given us the program for the promotion of the Mediterranean diet (AMED), we propose four new salads for April.

Very attractive prices and high quality ingredients ensure you’ll enjoy these dishes in our cafes and restaurants.

As usual, we invite you to share your experiences on social networks, concerns and photographs, taking advantage of free Wi-Fi in our restaurants. You can use the hashtag #restaurantesuniversitas to label your photos and comments and ejoying our promotions. Remember that we are on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

WHITE HOUSE

Mesclun, couscous, dates, raisins and chickpeas.

PARIS

Mezclum, blue cheese, rolled ham, chopped tomato, green olives, pine nuts and red apple slices.

BERMEO

Mesclun, tomato, pepper, tuna, anchovies and black olives.

GARDEN SALAD

Mesclun, tomato, green olives, boiled egg, sliced cucumber, grated carrot, corn, tuna and white asparagus.

You can enjoy these salads at all our restaurants except the one in the UB Faculty of Nursing, Escape and Fifteen Raval.
