2015 Christmas special menu

According to the Christmas festivities we offer a menu with special dishes. You’ll be able to enjoy this special menu on December 23rd in all our restaurants.

They are traditional dishes with modern touches, in line with our culinary Mediterranean philosophy.

Below we detail the special Christmas menu dishes:

Starters:

• Cannelloni San Esteban
• Mixed escudella
• White asparagus with marinated salmon with fresh dill

Seconds:

• Round of beef with mushrooms
• Chicken stuffed with prunes
• Monkfish with seafood

Desserts:

• Catalan cream with pineapple
• Nougat and wafers

Note: In the restaurants of the UB Faculty of Arts and the PCB they’ll not serve white asparagus with marinated salmon with fresh dill and chicken stuffed with plums.
