We will remember in the month of May some of the most representative American flavors. So we’ve selected typical tastes of different regions of the country and you’ll be able to enjoy those dishes on two different dates. On May 4 at restaurants faculty of Geography, UB, Elisava, the Escola d’Idiomes Official Drassanes and Fifteen Raval. In the other centers this menu will be available on May 6.
These are the dishes to choose:
Starters:
- Caesar salad
- Pizza New York style
- Rice with red beans
Seconds:
- Strip steak with barbecue sauce
- Beef burger New Orleans style
- Hake Chowder
Desserts:
- Apple pie
- Chocolate mousse with walnuts and pecans
Note: In the restaurants of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the UB and the PCB will neither serve Caesar salad not strip steak with barbecue sauce.
