November special salads
When November comes, four delicious healthy salads will arribe to Universitas restaurants and coffee-shops.
As a sign of our commitment to the Mediterranean diet, we approached four new different recipes to eat without neglecting our health.
Throughout the month you’ll have these salads in our restaurants:
INDIA
Mesclun, avocado, long rice, wild rice, surimi, cherry tomatoes, onion and yogurt.
MARIACHI
Mesclun, pineapple, chicken, corn, cheese stick strips, nachos and little pieces of corn crepe.
OLIMPO
Mesclun, tomato, feta cheese, black olives, basil, nuts, fried bread and sliced pear syrup.
GARDEN SALAD
Mesclun, tomato, green olives, boiled egg, sliced cucumber, grated carrot, corn, tuna and white asparagus.
You can enjoy these salads at all our restaurants except the one in the UB Faculty of Nursing, Escape and Fifteen Raval.
