Last night of SM Titanic
On Wednesday January 13th is the date that we have chosen for our first tasting menu 2016. It is a combination of inspired in last journey of the Titanic dishes.
It will be present in all cafes and restaurants of Universitas so we recommend that you enter in the restaurants page of our website to see which is the location that you prefer to enjoy it.
Here you have the details of the dishes you can choose:
Starters:
- Cream of pumpkin soup with cubes of fried bread and cheese
- Hearts of Palm with champagne and apple vinaigrette
- Spaghetti with mini meatballs and vegetable julienne season
Seconds:
- Steamed Salmon with garlic mousseline
- Chicken jumped Lyon style with tomatoes and mushrooms
- Chops of lamb shanks with potatoes and fresh mint
Desserts:
- Peaches with jelly Chartreuse
- Cake Waldorf
Note: In the restaurants of the UB Faculty of Arts and the PCB they’ll not serve chicken Lyon style with tomatoes and mushrooms and palm hearts vinaigrette with apple and champagne.
