May special salads
The month of flowers will also be the ideal occasion to try new fresh and variated salads in Universitas cafes and restaurants.
Our nutritionists have worked closely with our chefs to devise healthy, nutritious and based on the guidelines of the healthy Mediterranean diet dishes.
In May our special salads have the following ingredients:
PARIS
Mesclun, brie cheese, white asparagus, ham strips, laminated mushrooms, diced fried bacon, cherry tomatoes and black olives.
THREE CHEESE SALAD
Mesclun, diced tomatoes, grated carrots, green olives, blue cheese, feta cheese and diced cheddar.
BEANS AND HAM SALAD
Mesclun, pickled beans with olive oil, tomatoes and diced ham.
GARDEN SALAD
Mesclun, tomato, green olives, boiled egg, sliced cucumber, grated carrot, corn, tuna and white asparagus.
You can enjoy these salads at all our restaurants except the one in the UB Faculty of Nursing, Escape and Fifteen Raval.
